Mr. Ali Abdulla Al Khater, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Healthcare Communication, Chief Communications Officer at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and official in charge of public liaison between the health sector and the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC), has disclosed the provision of 100 clinics at the eight stadiums of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, as well as medical clinics at fan zones and football accommodations.   

Mr. Ali Al Khater affirmed that medical services would be very close to a fan, and if a fan needs developed medical service, the ambulance service will transport a patient to a nearby hospital. He added that the HMC ambulance service, urgent care units and emergency units throughout the public and private healthcare sectors would be fully prepared to meet the increased demand for medical services.
