Organizing Committee of QND Announces Not Holding Darb Al Saai Activities This Year Due to Coronavirus

The Organizing Committee of the Qatar National Day (QND) celebrations has announced that the Darb Al Saai activities will not be held this year 2020.
The Committee, on its Twitter account, said this comes in view of the current circumstances, particularly the circumstances related to the repercussions of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The Committee added that the Darb Al Saai events for the next year 2021 will be held in a new shape.
The Committee also noted that this decision comes out of its keenness to ensure the health and safety of all. The Committee emphasized that this year will witness holding various programs, contests and historical symposiums that will be broadcast through the Doha 360 website, and all of them will be done in a distinguished way commensurate with the significance of National Day.
