Online Appeals during the Period of Sessions Postponement

The Supreme Judiciary Council has issued yesterday the Circular No. (16) for the year 2020, regarding cases registration during the postponement of courts hearings sessions.

The circular, which was issued by HE Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan Al-Hassan Al- Mohannadi, President of the Supreme Judiciary Council, included creation of special registry for filing cases that are required by law to be filed at specific times, as well as all other appeals. The record of the registry will be through the "courts" system or by e-mail of each court.

As soon as it continue its regular work, courts will issue a schedule of the suspended sessions, including dates, times and places sufficiently in advance.
