The Official Gazette published issue No. (10) of 2022 yesterday, Sunday, October 2, 2022, which included the Minister of Interior's Decision No. (17) of 2022 on the entry visas related to hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. The decision stipulated that the Security Committee issue entry visas related to hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, in accordance with provisions and conditions specified in this decision. 

The decision also stipulated that visas be multiple-entry ones for free to be issued ahead of the start of the tournament durations, or during the tournament, according to circumstances. Visas are to be applicable as of their issuance date and until the end of the tournament duration. 

In necessary cases, these visas may be extended for another period under a written request by FIFA or the company or the Supreme Committee, according to circumstances, and shall be submitted during the 10 days ahead of visa entry's expiration.
