The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF) has received the digital access accreditation from Mada – Assistive Technology Center Qatar for applying approved international standards of digital access (WCAG2.1 A,AA) for persons with disabilities (PWDs).

This accreditation is based on the fact that the Ministry's website meets all international standards concerned with ensuring easy access for PWDs. 

Mr. Ahmad Khalil, Chairman of Information Systems Committee at MSDF, said: "The Ministry's website receiving the Mada Center's accreditation for digital access is a proof of MSDF's commitment to applying all international standards of digital access, which seeks to consolidate the meanings of digital inclusion and contribution to building a technological society that will ensure the engagement of all users and beneficiaries among PWDs and elderly persons."
