MOTC Conducts Control and Awareness Campaign on Maritime Vessels and Users

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC), represented by Maritime Affairs Sector, has conducted an awareness and control campaign to ensure that maritime vessels' helmsmen and users follow the precautionary measures imposed due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as well as following maritime safety standards that must be followed.Several maritime affairs specialists, specialists from the Ministry of Interior's Criminal Investigation Department and specialists from the National Tourism Council participated in the campaign.
During the campaign, they inspected to what extent helmsmen and users of all types of maritime vessels follow the instructions issued by the National Committee to Combat the Coronavirus.
