MOTC Activates Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan

Eng. Mashael Ali Al Hammadi, Acting Under Secretary for Information Technology Affairs in the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC), revealed the start of activating the crisis management and business continuity plan in MOTC, stressing the large role played by the Ministry represented in the information technology sector in order to provide the necessary infrastructure for the various government entities to present their e-services in the most suitable during this period.

She also called on all customers to take advantage of e-services available to various state sectors through e-government, whose services reach more than 1000 e-services by various government entities, and 40 mobile apps, without the need to visit the headquarters of the entities or their service centers.

Al Hammadi stressed the importance of the precautionary measures taken by MOTC in ensuring that the highest standards of prevention and health safety are applied in its various entities, as well as educating workers in different sectors, bodies and companies affiliated with the Ministry of the importance of following health recommendations.
