MOPH Announces Updates to its COVID-19 Travel and Return Policy

The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) has announced a set of updates to its COVID-19 Travel and Return Policy. The policy updates come into effect from tomorrow “Wednesday” at 7pm Qatar time.
The ministry stated, in a statement that according to the new updates, GCC and EU nationals and residents (immunized or recovered), can use the authorized health information app for COVID-19 from their country and will not need to complete the Ehteraz website pre-travel registration. Travelers must have a rapid antigen test within (24) hours from the time of arrival in the country at one of the private health centers approved by MOPH.
