The Ministry of Labour (MOL) has explained that a service request for the issuance of a recruitment approval for temporary work visas, namely approvals that are specially for workers to be recruited temporarily to work in the State of Qatar, may be submitted.

MOL pointed out in a tweet on its official Twitter account that this service is requested via MOL website. 

The service includes the below requirements: 

1- A smart card to verify the identity of the person in an establishment authorized to use the service via the National Authentication System "Tawtheeq"
2- Authorization for the establishment to submit the request
3- A valid establishment ID
4- No ban on the establishment

An establishment shall be under:

1- Government and semi-government entities
2- Energy and industry companies sector 
3- Factories that have government contracts
4- Companies that have government contracts with the State or energy companies 
5- Any establishment that has been granted authorization by MOL to use the service
