The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) revealed the regulatory amendment service, which includes updating the real estate data according to the urban plan from the competent authority in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, in its tweet on its official Twitter account. The Ministry also indicated the 200 Riyals, and in the event of an increase in the area, a fee of a quarter percent of the value of the increase shall be collected, in addition to a 200 Riyals fee for the title deed, and a 100 Riyals fee plan.

Regard to the terms of service, including documents and requirements, MOJ indicated as follows:

• Original copy of the title deed.
• Proof of identity of the contractor (Identity Card or Establishment ID).
• Other documents like (representation, delegation, and agencies).
• The service includes proceedings with the competent authority in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment.
