About

Committee for the Regulation of Ownership and Use of Non-Qatari Property has launched the electronic page for non-Qatari ownership and usufruct of real estate, on the website of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ).

The launch of this electronic page has come within the framework of introducing the provisions of Cabinet Resolution No. (28) of 2020, determining the areas in which non-Qataris may own and benefit from real estate, and the terms, conditions, benefits and procedures for their ownership and use of them. This is also in order to communicate with the public and respond to their inquiries and questions, and to define the areas in which ownership and use are permitted, as well as the relevant laws and decisions.

The page also reviews the privileges granted in the event of ownership or usufruct of these areas, and a list of the most common questions that may be subject to inquiries of those wishing to own or use from inside and outside the State of Qatar, in addition to some links of interest to the page visitors.
