About

The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) is in the process of launching the services of lawyers' affairs online during the upcoming period by launching an e-portal for the lawyering affairs that includes all information and services needed by lawyers in the State of Qatar. This comes in the light of most government entities in the State inclining toward providing online services for citizens and residents, to save the time and effort and reduce crowding at government entities.

The Ministry provides many services for legal functions, including lawyers' services, which are registering and promoting them in registration lists, as well as investigating lawyers in disciplinary offences. Moreover, MOJ is specialized in the registration of the offices of real estate brokerage and experts accredited in the State.

Providing services for legal functions comes after the Ministry has provided online services for the registration of real estate brokers and experts. This also includes providing services for government entities, including the services of request for providing a legal opinion on contracts and tenders, and request for providing an opinion on international cooperation, as well as the service of adopting international agreements or the terms of their judgement.
