The Ministry of Interior (MOI), represented by the Center of Strategic Security Studies, has launched the second issue of the "Strategic Security Studies" magazine; a periodic, bi-annual, and peer-reviewed magazine. The issue focused on cyber crimes and mechanisms to combat and address them, and included many studies, research, scientific articles, book reviews, and recent publications on the latest developments related to cyber crime.

Through research and analysis, the issue also addressed the communicative philosophy of cyber crimes, the problems of its characterization, as well as its criminal nature, in addition to the most important strategies to combat and address it.
