MOI Launches New System to Speed Up Medical Services Provided to Its Members and Their Families

The Medical Services Department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI), in cooperation with the General Department of Information Systems, has launched a self-registration system for visitors. This comes within the framework of the Ministry’s digital vision and implementation of its plan to switch to electronic systems and develop services provided to the public in easy and accessible ways.
The Medical Services Department seeks to provide easy services and keep pace with modern technological developments by facilitating procedures and reducing the time for receiving the required service.
Colonel Salem Saeed Al Rashidi, Assistant Director of the Medical Services Department, said that the self-registration system aims to save patients time and effort by registering to visit the doctor at the clinic chosen by them through the devices designated for this service.
