The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has launched a service for filing criminal complaints at security departments through Matrash2 application, as part of its commitment to provide special services, reduce reporting time, and facilitate procedures in light of the precautionary measures taken to contain the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The complaint process starts by logging in Matrash2 application, select Criminal Complaint security department, then select the Security Departments, then choose the complaint type and writing a brief summary, in addition to attaching a signed written copy of the complaint.

MOI urged all who wish to submit complaints or reports to take advantage of the service to adhere to the precautionary measures to prevent gatherings in order to achieve public safety requirements.
