News Details

The Ministry of Interior (MOI) has announced adding new services within the new services provided by the Ministry via Metrash2 App. The service of requesting technical certification has been added within the online services of General Directorate of Civil Defense provided by the Ministry via Metrash. Moreover, the service of requesting the removal of advertisements and stickers on vehicles has been added within a group of traffic services.

Launching the new services comes within the framework of MOI's strategy that aims to provide services for citizens, residents, individuals and businesses online via Metrash2 App and that aims to provide integrated online services, without the need to head to department's headquarters or service centers. Therefore, this will save time and effort, and will provide services around the clock (24/7). Moreover, these services are available in portable devices and mobile phones anywhere and at any time.

The new traffic service comes within the window of the services of the General Directorate of Traffic via Metrash2 App, reaching above 40 special services, which are the services of driving licenses, vehicles, registration plates, traffic violations and accidents, traffic certificates and other services. The service provided by Civil Defense comes within the new services that have been recently provided by the Ministry via Metrash2 App or on MOI website.

The most prominent services among these services are manifested in submitting a new commercial request, a request for rehabilitating a store for hazardous materials and a request for spreading awareness and educating on fire risk prevention, registering an engineer and certifying product and company registration. This also includes new services manifested in the renovation of buildings, establishments and exhibitions, as well as events/designing, exhibitions and inspection activities.
