The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) represented by University Degrees and Certificates Equivalency Department called on students wishing to study outside Qatar to get an approval from the University Degrees and Certificates Equivalency Department before doing so, in order to avoid studying at universities that are not accredited.

The Ministry pointed out that the lists of accredited universities are available on its official website, which can be identified through the public services portal on its website, so that Qatari and non-Qatari students can use this electronic service to learn about the extent of accreditation of Arab and international universities they wish to study in before initiating registration procedures.
