News Details

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) organizes "Tamheen" training program from today until the first of June 2023. The program targets Qatari graduates from Qatar University and other local universities, who obtained certificates that do not qualify them for the teaching profession.

The program is considered among the pioneering initiatives of MOEHE in cooperation with the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau that aims at encouraging and attracting Qatari graduates to the teaching profession, by providing an opportunity for those who are interested and have a passion for this profession.

"Tamheen" program began in 2019 with the first cohort, followed by the second and third cohorts in 2020 and 2021 respectively.

The program conditions include being a Qatari citizen, working in an appropriate specialization to teach one of the subjects in government schools, and being able to commit to full-time training during the morning period.
