The student evaluation department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) in the State of Qatar has issued schedules of mid-term examinations of first semester for school students (day education) from the 1st Grade to the 11th Grade of the school year (2020-2021). A circular sent to male and female principals of government schools has stated that the examinations will be held during two periods; namely during second-class period and fourth-class period according to the schedule of class periods, with actual attendance at schools according to the examination schedules issued by the student evaluation department of the evaluation affairs' sector. This also includes the commitment to placing 15 students as maximum at a classroom to take exams, and placing 60 students at sports hall, as the circular said. 

The Ministry also emphasized the needs for schools to maintain a safe distance between each student and other in accordance with the precautionary measures. Moreover, the Ministry emphasized the need to designate special rooms for students with chronic diseases, and special rooms for isolations for suspected cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19). This also includes the need to designate special rooms for students with special needs in accordance with approved arrangements and facilitations as well as implementing all the precautionary measures.
