The Department of Students Assessment affiliated with the Evaluation Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has formed the examination committees for the end of the second semester examinations of general secondary school students for the current academic year 2020-2021. Moreover, it has specified names of examination observers at the committees' headquarters.
The records of the general secondary exam committees included 2475 observers (males and females) and 356 members of examination committee in 67 venues for the general secondary examinations for boys and girls. An examination committee of each school is made up of 3, or, 4, or 5, or 7 members as maximum from within a school under the chairmanship of a school principal and two members from outside school.
The Evaluation Affairs Sector at the Ministry has taken into account that the number of students attending the examination halls for all classrooms at all schools must not be above 15 students and must not be 60 students at a gym hall. This comes in the light of the precautionary measures taken by MOEHE in the current situation and under the exceptional circumstances imposed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
