The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has decided to adopt a blended education system for academic year 2021-2022, with rotation attendance on campus for government schools, which will begin on August, 29, 2021 and for private schools and kindergartens according to their academic calendars. This decision is based on the indicators issued by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in line with the precautionary measures announced by the State to keep the safety and health of citizens and residents to curb its spread.

It was also decided to adopt 50% attendance on campus in all government and private schools and kindergartens. The educational process will be continuously monitored and assessed, with the continuing direct coordination with MOPH, according to MOEHE's statement posted on its website.
