News DetailsThe Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) represented by the Customer Service Department and Unified Call Center has received the certificate of "ISO/10002/2018" for handling complaints and increasing customer satisfaction. That happened after MME had completed all necessary requirements for obtaining the certificate. This comes as part of the Ministry’s drive to provide integrated services with high accuracy and efficiency and implement the best international standards in increasing customer satisfaction.
On this occasion, Engineer Mr. Hamad bin Ahmed Al Muhannadi, Director of Customer Service Department and Unified Call Center at MME, emphasized that the main objective of receiving the "ISO/10002/2018" certificate is to fulfill the Ministry’s commitment stated in its quality policy that is to ensure the implementation of the Ministry’s vision, message and strategy.
He clarified that the "ISO/10002/2018" system provides customers with satisfaction as required, by resolving problems and increasing the capability of planning, designing, developing, operating, performing maintenance and improving service. This also includes encouraging employees to bolster their behaviors and skills toward customers, and the system creates the possibility of the continuous improvement of the complaint resolution process, as he said.
