The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) has launched the investment portal "Foras" with the aim of promoting the role of public-private partnership. This comes within the framework of Ministry's efforts to realize the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030, and part of its initiatives for promoting partnership, by developing investment services via "Foras" portal, to assure the quality of the level of services provided for investors. 

MME clarified, on its official social media (Twitter), that an investor could fill out the form to request an investment project, allocated according to the type of entity, and send it along with required documents to the email specified in the form: PMDD@mme.gov.qa.
