The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) has canceled the camp site permit amendment service this season as part of the recent camping controls, and made it clear that the applicant must be a Qatari national and not under the age of 25 years. MME also said the camp reservation and insurance fees will be prepaid. In the event that a camp is not designated for it, the amount will be refunded through the concerned department, and the camp permit is also printed electronically and the waypoint coordinates are received after coordination with the concerned department.

The Ministry stated that failure to adhere to the camping date will expose the camp owner to withdraw the permit and not refund the fees, and with regard to the validity of refunding the insurance value, it will not be available during the camping period, as it will be recovered after the camping season ends and the area is inspected according to the requirements for retrieving the camping insurance mentioned on the site.
