The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) announced that the winter camping season in the State of Qatar has been extended until 21 May 2021. MME explained that reasons for the extension are in response to the desire of many citizens among campers for providing them with an opportunity to spend their times in safe atmospheres away from crowded places and gatherings.

The Ministry stressed the need for campers to continue following controls, requirements and means of security and safety that have been established in collaboration and coordination with the relevant authorities in the State, in order to preserve the health and safety of everyone.
