The Ministry of Municipality in the State of Qatar organized an introductory meeting for suppliers of vegetables and fruits yesterday's morning. The meeting was about procedures and steps required to obtain a permit to import vegetables and fruits and this permit would be activated from 1 December 2021. 

The Ministry announced that requests for a permit to import vegetables and fruits (for the month of December 2021) would be received from suppliers, from November 1 to 20, 2021, via e-mail importrequests@mme.gov.qa related to receiving applications for a permit to import vegetables and fruits.

The Ministry explained that the application form F-AAD-PP-02 could be obtained from the Ministry's website and data required to determine items and quantities to be imported during each month could be filled out. This would allow the state to inventory these goods in terms of their quantities and control their quality, as the Ministry said.
