Four main strategic objectives and a number of initiatives and performance indicators emerged from the strategy to achieve the desired goal of e-learning.

HE Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), and Chairman of the Steering Committee of the National E-Learning Strategy Project, stressed that the State of Qatar, under the wise leadership of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, is keen to raise educational efficiency by preparing and qualifying teachers.
