HE Dr. Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari, Minister of Public Health, stressed that the plan to open a number of new health centers in the country seeks to meet the increasing needs of the public for primary healthcare services, taking into account the geographical distribution and population density of each area in which a health center is launched.

She added, yesterday, at the opening of the South Al Wakra Health Center of the Primary Health Care Corporation that the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) is working to ensure that all patients receive healthcare at the right time and place, while improving patients' experience and enhancing their safety. There is also a continuous development of the quality of services provided to keep pace with patients' needs, while applying the best and highest standards of quality.

She noted that the National Primary Health Care Strategy is committed to enabling the patient to obtain high-quality primary health care services faster, thus achieving the level of patient and visitors’ satisfaction.
