Under the patronage of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Milipol Qatar, organized by the Ministry of Interior in cooperation with Paris-based international event organizer Comexposium, will begin at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre Monday with the participation of 143 local and international exhibiting companies.
This international exhibition, which is held every two years, is the first prominent international event specialized in this field since the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), amidst the organizers' confirmation to take all measures and health measures to limit the spread of the virus.
Milipol Qatar chairman Major-General Nasser bin Fahd al-Thani, said in a press conference held yesterday, the current edition has succeeded in attracting a wide range of exhibitors despite the challenges of the current health crisis that the world is witnessing. He explained that the exhibition this year hosts 143 exhibiting companies, including 71 international companies from 17 countries, and 72 local companies.
