Qatar Navigation (Milaha) has held a virtual event to mark the commencement of operations of the first Qatari owned offshore well stimulation vessel "Halul-48", which reflects the strength and efficiency of the Qatari supply chain infrastructure. This also contributes to achieving the goals of the Supply Chain Localization Program for the energy sector in the State of Qatar "Tawteen", led by Qatar Petroleum. 

Mr. Abdulrahman Essa Al Mannai, Milaha President and CEO, clarified that the Milaha-owned, run, operated offshore oil well stimulation vessel is one of the main pillars of the five-year development project. He added that this achievement emphasizes the Company's commitment to enhancing a competitive and flexible supply chain in Qatar. In addition, this program has been developed on the basis of strategic goals of the Qatar National Vision 2030, as he said.
