HE Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, received a high-level official delegation from the Republic of South Sudan, consisting of several officials and experts in the fields of communications and postal services, led by HE Mr. Michael Makuei Lueth, Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Postal Services in South Sudan.

During the visit, the delegation met with senior officials at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to discuss the latest developments in the fields of communications and information technology. Officials at the Ministry also briefed the delegation on the latest initiatives taken by the Government of Qatar to enhance the communications and information technology sector and digital transformation.

The visit of the high-level delegation from the Republic of South Sudan aims to explore areas of cooperation and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as discuss the possibility of exchanging experiences in a way that benefits both sides and contributes to achieving cooperation between the two countries.
