The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour & Social Affairs (MADLSA) has provided a digital authentication service for work contracts for the owners of enterprises subject to the Labor Law.

The Ministry stated, on its website, that the steps for the digital authentication service for enterprises employment contracts are available to them. This provided that the registration of the worker’s data in the contract is either in terms of the visa number when ratifying the contract for the expatriate for the first time, or the significance of the worker's personal number when ratifying contracts for the resident. The facility official bears full responsibility for the correctness of the recorded data and signatures on the contract through mandatory acknowledgment within the digital service.
