The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA), represented by its Information Systems Department (ISD), obtained the international accreditation certificate ISO 9001:2015 for the quality management system.

According to MADLSA's website, this certificate came after a comprehensive and extensive external audit process that demonstrated the compliance of the ISD with internationally recognized standards in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Obtaining the international accreditation certificate is an important step in the way of developing the ISD in order to improve the level of distinctive and innovative services and presenting them with the best practices of international standards in the integrated management system.

Engineer Mona Salem Al Fadhli, Director of the Information Systems Department at the Ministry, confirmed that this certificate is an international accreditation reflecting the level of online services provided by the ISD, which culminates the efforts made to support MADLSA's strategy that seeks to improve the level of services provided.
