The Institute of Public Administration affiliated with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) has announced launching a six-week result-based strategic planning program, starting from Sunday, 1 November until 10 December 2020. The training program aims at improving the efficiency of the performance of staffs, by equipping them with capacities required for preparing the document of the result-based strategic plan and documents of its projects to their employers. This also includes empowering staffs to oversee the implementation process and use indicators to measure achieved results.
Planning and implementing this important program has come to meet the needs of the government agencies to empower their staffs in planning sections affiliated with the planning and quality department to meet the requirements of implementing the second national strategic plans (2018-2022) that have emanated from the Qatar National Vision 2030 (QNV2030).
This training program is consistent with the planning methodology approved in the State of Qatar, which focuses on the main results that the government agencies seek to achieve. The program consists of ten sequential training modules, which begin with the general framework of the result-based strategic planning, the QNV2030 and the directives of HH the Amir on the national development and the result-based strategic planning approach.
