About

Engineer Ms. Muna AlFadli, director of Information Technology (IT) Department/Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA), has said that “Amerni” application has successfully provided many services to citizens and residents in the State of Qatar, and saved them the trouble of checking with MADLSA building or any government service complexes.

AlFadli added that 25,000 people had downloaded the application over the past year and the number of times of using the services of this application has reached above 40,000 times. Therefore, this emphasizes the complete success of this application in providing many online services to customers including citizens and residents.

In addition to “Amerni” application, MADLSA provides via its new website a full reference for all customers wishing to obtain the various services of the Ministry, since the Ministry has been keen to add English language to the website. Moreover, other languages will be added to the website in the near future in order to provide a comprehensive electronic portal for all customers regardless of their different languages and nationalities. This is particularly because the Ministry provides its services to citizen and resident equally since the website works on facilitating the procedures of obtaining the different services of the Ministry, through allocating a particular webpage for each service among online services. Each webpage identifies a service and provides information regarding mechanism of obtaining a service, its requirements and required attachments so that a customer will find it easy to complete all requirements for obtaining a service.
