MADLSA Calls Upon Public to Get Transactions Done via Websites

The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) has called upon all customers to use “Amerni” application in order to get transactions done and process services without the need to visit governmental services’ centers or Ministry building directly. This comes within the framework of efforts made by the State of Qatar to curb the spread of coronavirus. Moreover, MADLSA also urged customers to process several online services provided by other ministers via their official websites, and emphasized the need to download “Amerni” application to get all available services and transactions done via internet. 

“Amerni” application is concerned with online services provided by MADLSA and provides 33 online services. “Amerni” application targets all segments of society and serve citizens as well as residents who work in the private sector and laborers, and includes drivers and domestic workers. Moreover, the application targets the owners and representatives of private sector establishments. These services are divided into services targeting individuals and services targeting establishments; there are 21 services targeting individuals and 12 services targeting the owners of establishments.
