The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) announced to its customers and companies' owners that it has stopped the labor contract authentication service for companies at Government Services Complexes.
The MADLSA, on its official Twitter account, made clear that this service could be requested via the Ministry website. The Ministry, via its website, pointed out that the service is available for digital authentication of establishments' labor contracts.
A company administrator bears full responsibility for the validity of the registered data and signatures of the contract through a mandatory digital acknowledgement under the digital service. The Ministry has specified the required attachments of this service. They mainly include labor contract signed by two parties, as well as additional attachments specified by the system automatically according to the type of contract.
