Mr. Abdulaziz Hasan Ibrahim, Director of the National Human Resources Development Department at the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA), disclosed that the Ministry has provided 4800 jobs in all specializations in the public and private sectors via Kawader National E-Recruitment Portal during seven months. 

Mr. Ibrahim emphasized that the employment of 1418 job seekers among applicants via the Portal during the same period has been approved. He also disclosed that among reasons behind rejecting job applications via the Portal is that a job applicant is not familiar with conditions and requirements of post occupancy. 

He explained that the Portal aims at being a unified portal for job seekers to find job opportunities, as well as for employers looking for employees to provide jobs via the Portal for those wishing employment.
