The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) has launched the 6th edition of Katara's International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition (S'hail 2022) that will continue until September 10, 2022. The exhibition has witnessed large turnout and wide participation from 180 local, regional, and international companies specialized in hunting rifles, falconry and journey equipment. These companies represent the State of Qatar along with 20 countries from various continents.
Several ministries, authorities, and official entities also maintained their prominent attendance profile through the substantial facilitation, premium, and paradigm services offered by them. The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) is one of the ministries participating in the exhibition. It is showcasing its online services to the public and displaying educational films. On his part, Mr. Farhoud Hadi Al Hajri, Director of the Public Relations Department at MOECC, said that the exhibition has been receiving heavy turnout since its first day, and visitors showed keenness to visit the Ministry’s pavilion to learn about how to obtain passports, in addition to many other services provided by the Ministry.
In his statements on this occasion, Chairperson of the Organizing Committee of the 6th Edition of S'hail 2022 and General Manager of the Cultural Village Foundation (Katara), Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, stressed that the 6th edition of S'hail 2022 is a solid indication of the maturity of the vision on which it was based in the beginning and its achievement of the desired goals, making S’hail an important global economic, cultural and heritage forum for hunting and sniping.
