Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation "KAHRAMAA" has launched a service of requesting electricity connection date certificate online. This comes within the framework of KAHRAMAA’s keenness to upgrade its smart services and provide high-quality services for all its customers in line with the highest levels of quality and efficiency. This service comes within the framework of societal responsibility assumed by KAHRAMAA, particularly during social distancing.
Under this new upgrading, customers can complete the service of requesting the electricity connection date certificate via KAHRAMAA website without the need to visit customer service centers. A customer can check the website and select the request of the electricity connection date certificate. Immediately after the request is received, it is processed, and then electronic system sends a message to the customer in order to notify the customer that data is available, and customer can check KAHRAMAA website to pay up fees and obtain the certificate either by email or downloading it from the website directly. This service will be provided soon via KAHRAMA smart phone application.
