Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation "KAHRAMAA" has announced providing a service of partial payment of electricity and water consumption bills. This comes within the framework of KAHRAMAA’s societal responsibility and its keenness to provide various options and make it easy for customers.
The Corporation on its official Twitter account pointed out that the bills could be paid via smart phones and KAHRAMA website. KAHRAMAA has warned against dealing with fake accounts and websites or any other unaccredited organization.
The KAHRAMA website and smart phone application provide several services. These services include the service of moving to accommodation, moving from accommodation, recording a meter reading, requesting a meter testing, requesting a certificate, displaying payment receipts, removing a meter for demolition, registering a new customer and updating a real estate category. In addition, this includes bill payment services.
