Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHARAMAA) in collaboration with Microsoft and KPMG announced the launch of its new Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing-enabled large-scale platform, at a ceremony held for this occasion, attended by a group of dignitaries from several governments and private entities.
Engineer Essa bin Hilal Al Kuwari, KAHRAMAA's President, officially launched the platform during the ceremony, in the presence of Ms. Lana Khalaf, General Manager of Microsoft Qatar, and each of: Mr. Ahmed Abu Sharkh, the Senior Partner, and Mr. Nizar Hanini, Partner and Head of the Digital Sector Consulting Department from KPMG Qatar.
Al Kuwari said adopting advanced technologies to upgrade the quality of all operations and reach unprecedented excellence in delivery is strategically important. He noted that integrating AI and machine learning represents a new step towards achieving the corporate vision of global leadership in performance.
