HMC Launches New Online Medical Report Application

Responding to the public demand for more convenient services and obtaining personal medical information and reports, Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has launched an easy-to-use online service that enables patients to request copies of medical reports belonging to them or to others they act on their behalf, as well as to pay the fees online without having to visit the hospital.

In this occasion, Mr. Ali Al Khater, Chief Communications Officer at HMC, said: "HMC is committed to delivering better customer service through the use of digital solutions, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 goal of modernizing to meet the healthcare service needs of the population.  Wherever possible, we are looking to provide digital solutions to make it easier for patients and the populations we serve to interact safely and efficiently with our organization.  This solution is one of the performance measures that will help streamline an important service for our patients."
