The General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) has launched its self-services for all its customers by providing an automated device linked to its e-portal, through which the customer can instantly complete his/her personal transactions, in accordance with the highest international quality standards.
GRSIA stated in an instructional video on its Twitter account that the device provides a wide range of services in Arabic and English, including requesting various types of certificates and issuing a pensioner card.
