As part of the keenness of the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) to keep pace with the ongoing developments in electronic services and systems, harness them for the good of its customers and provide the best electronic services, GRSIA provides more than 30 electronic services. This also includes the ongoing work on developing infrastructure and digital transformation.
The e-services portal allows users to request and receive certificates via email.
GRSIA also provides retirees with some electronic services as manifested in issuing certificates and retirement card. This comes as part of the Authority's endeavor to make it easy for customers, particularly those living in distant areas.
GRSIA made clear that Qatari retired civil servants could submit requests for retiree card to the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau online, since they must log in the e-service portal for individuals by using the data of the National Authentication System (Tawtheeq).
