News Details

In its keenness to upgrade services provided for the audience via electronic systems, the General Directorate of Traffic (GDT), in collaboration with the General Directorate of Information Systems at the Ministry of Interior, has launched a new service within the services it provides via the Metrash2 app. This service is about registering an accident report against an unknown party.

The new service allows all customers to register an accident report against an unknown party in minor traffic accidents. This is by accessing the Metrash2 app, then clicking on the traffic window, then moving to the traffic accident window and following instructions on how to register an accident report against an unknown party.

Since the beginning of this year, the GDT has launched a set of traffic services via the Metrash2 app, among of which are the service of vehicle's registration plate replacement and the service of vehicle cancellation.
