The Government Communications Office (GCO) issued yesterday the eighth edition of Q Life Magazine titled 'Resilient by Nature.' This edition sheds light on the courage, resolve and resilience of all members of society in confronting various challenges and difficulties.

The GCO stated that this edition includes a series of interviews with people who have operated in the frontlines in confronting the pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and who have guided citizens and residents in the State of Qatar to overcome such crisis. They include HE Ms. Lolwah Rashid Al Khater, Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Spokesperson for the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management.

The edition addresses the efforts of Qatari factories that have accelerated their production lines revolutionarily in order to meet the needs of local market including ventilators, hand sanitizers and masks. This edition also highlights workers in the education sector who have created various ways and means to ensure the continuing educational process with following all precautionary measures to curb the spread of the disease.

Out of the GCO's keenness to follow social distancing measures, this edition has been issued digitally and entirely, from conducting interviews via video conferencing until distribution.
