The Government Communications Office (GCO) clarified the steps for registering on the Ehteraz platform for travelers coming to Qatar, which began to operate as of July 12, 2021.

GCO explained in a video posted on its official Twitter account that Qatar has launched a new mandatory electronic platform to register arrivals to the country with the aim of speeding up entry procedures, via the following link: WWW.EHTERAZ.GOV.QA.

GCO stressed that registration via the platform is mandatory for all travelers, regardless of whether they are coming across the country's air, land or sea borders, by following the following steps:

Step 2: Personal Information

Step 3: Information about COVID-19

Step 4: Necessary Documents

Step 5: Track the status of the application
