The General Authority of Customs (GAC) and the General Tax Authority (GTA) have signed two substantive and procedural documents to start procedures for exchanging information between them. This comes in light of the memorandum of understanding recently signed with the aim of achieving integration and electronic linkage between the two sides.
According to a tweet published by GAC on its official Twitter account yesterday, the two documents were signed by Mr. Muhammad Ahmad Al-Muhannadi, Assistant Chairman of the General Authority of Customs Services Affairs, and Mr. Ghanim Khalifa Al-Attiyah, Assistant Chairman of the General Tax Authority for Tax Affairs, at GAC headquarter.
