The Official Gazette published in its ninth issue, on September 1, the executive regulations implementing Law No.22 of 2021 regulating healthcare services in the country.

Article (26) stipulates that the recruiter shall abide by the following:

• Contracting with one of the registered insurance companies to cover all those recruited who do not have insurance coverage from the employer herein referred in Article (8), and the obligation to renew it annually within the specified deadlines.
• Providing healthcare to all those recruited during the period prior to granting or transferring residence permit.
• Providing contracted insurance companies with all the necessary data to register beneficiaries.
• Filling out all insurance application forms and having them signed by the recruiter or his representative.
